The only downside to the travel mug is the lid… the flow is a bit on the slower side. The overall mug is great, doesn’t leak and keeps my coffee hot!

It is hard to leave a review of product but I will leave a review of customer service. It has been terrible. I ordered Nov 12 it did not ship until the day of the strike and they let it go Canada post. Now I am not sure when I will recover the product. They have now said they no longer use Canada post but they will not re ship my product so I can actually get it. Told me to deal with Canada post on my issue. I will never order again and if it doesn’t not arrive in time for Christmas the lot will be returned.
