The checkout option on the website is very confusing, half the time it checks out through the troll co website and half the time it sends you off to shop app.
Item was shipped to the wrong address. I reached out to customer service for help and was told there was nothing I could do about it so it was an expensive mistake with no support.
Be careful when ordering that it dosnt redirect you to a site not operated by Troll co. Very disheartening experience. Not a problem I expected considering I’ve ordered from them so many times in the past

We do have 2 websites - one Canadian and one USA. It can depend if you use Shop Pay or PayPal details. The address on there is what it may pull from and if this is not updated with the right address it can cause incorrect delivery. If this is ever a case, once the order ships you can go into your tracking/carrier details and try to request an address change.
